Holy Day subbing in for Rootborn Defenses, and Edgewalker subbing in for High Priest of Penance.

 

Get the priest and Last Laugh onto the field, then when ready, cast Rootborn Defenses. This will protect all your creatures from the backlash. Then, get anything from the field into the graveyard.

This will cause Last Laugh to shoot everything for 1 damage. When the priest gets hit, he destroys a nonland permanent. This in turn loops it back to last laugh.

Orzhov colors, you should hopefully have more life than your opponent, so its a matter to loop this until their side of the field is cleared or they are dead.
