cast sneak attack, preserver, gauntlets and put arrest on the preserver...
use gauntlets on the preserver (give it to opponent)

then sneak attack all you like and get to keep the critters after :)

Doesn't work. Tajuru Preserver says Spells/Abilities your opponent uses on You. Means, it doesn't do anything if he wants to sacrifice himself.

Honestly I don't like Sneak Attack. Not only do you have to sac the creature but the key to it's power is how soon you get IT out.

Sundial of the Infinite will do it. Let all the end of turn triggers from sneak attack stack at your end step, then just end your turn. This will basically counter the sacrifice trigger, which wont come up again.
