Urabrask the Hidden will make all creatures come in tapped and Intruder Alarm will make them never untap. Add Living Plane to do the same thing to their lands which will bog them down even more.

Stasis has Upkeep and prevents you from doing this for long. Additionally, Urabrask is a bit expensive and a creature, Frozen Aether would work a lot better. It also is Blue.

I believe it was Dracolich that pointed me towards the Isochron Scepter+ Boomerang trick at the end of the opponent's turn to counteract the upkeep cost of statis.
