Basically, Once you have Blood Artist, Mikaeus and the Leyline out, play two Tatterkites. They both have Undying, and due to the leyline, one of them will die. Mikaeus ability will get him back with undying and Artist will Drain 1 life. Since Tatterkite can't have counters placed on him, he doesn't return with a +1/+1 counter, and thus, you can't even stop yourself from killing the opponent.
