Isochron scepter could also be changed out with Elite Arcanist to lower the mana cost by 1 each turn. Just change zombie to any other creature type and you're set for that type after the first mana or two are paid for the turn.

If you only have one creature type in your deck, this works without Isochron Scepter/Elite Arcanist. Also, you can activate the latter two only once per turn, so you couldn't play all creatures for free.

This is true. But, the idea is simple in order to force it into effect.Say you plaa kaliaa deck with the angel, demon, and dragon theme, and for some reason decide to splash blue. With this, the first of 3 turns, you could name angels and cast those from hand, wait a turn, then repeat the step, naming dragons this time, and play those. Also, notice that it is an until end of turn effect, thus still requiring either isochron scepter or arcanist.
