Do whatever possible to trigger Erayo\'s Essence (e.g. Gigadrowse), and then slam out Painter\'s Servant and Mana Maze. It will limit your opponent to one spell each turn which will be countered.

Gigadrowse wouldn't work. Replicated copies are not the same as playing/casting a card. A copy would only count for Erayo if the effect that created it said that you cast/played it (usually without paying its mana cost).

That said, all these mana maze servant combos are getting redundant. Just use Arcane Laboratory, it will have the exact same effect for fewer cards and less mana overall.

You could just use Curse of Exhaustion.
