Start with Mono Blue EDH deck. Draw the best hand consisting of 1 Island, Sol Ring, Mana Maze, Unwinding Clock, Vedalken Orrery, Mana crypt and Howling Mine. (assumes 4 player EDH) Your deck will require 15-25 colorless creatures to run over your opponents. (Mana Crypt is not in database)
Turn 1: Draw a land, play land, tap for mana, play Sol ring, tap sol ring, play Howling Mine, play Mana crypt (8-4=4 cards left in hand)
Turn 2: Draw two cards, (Crystal shard and gilded lotus) Play land, tap for 4 mana, play Unwinding clock (4+2-2+4 cards left in hand)
Turn 3: Draw two cards, (Teferi and land), play land, tap 4 mana for Vedalken Orrery (4+2-2=4 card left in hand)
Next player untap step: play the Gilded lotus 4-1=3 cards left in hand)
Next player untap step: Play Mana maze (3-1=2 cards left in hand)
Next player untap step: play Crystal shard (2-1=1 card left in hand)
Turn 4: Draw 2 cards (land and Courier), play land, pass turn.
Next untap step: Tap Lotus and sol ring, play Courier and it should stick since other players cant cast at instant, tap Crystal shard and bounce Courier to hand. Repeat each up keep.

Lol, is that all?
Despite being impractical, I can honestly say I would love to see this happen, even if I was on the wrong side of it. That's always a good sign.

guessing there is no way (other than someone cheating) to get this to happen on turn 1... xD (too many cards for that to happen)
but... it is well thought out

I tried to make the combo as short as I could. So many ways to stop it of course. So many of the players at the local gaming store use "standard" combos, so we know which pieces to remove to stop them cold, nobody is really looking for this convoluted mess.
