Get Glissa and the Pact down, then cast the Dreadnought. Let it die to its ability, your opponent sacrifices a creature, Glissa retures the Dreadnought to your hand.

Result - 1: Each opponent sacrifices a creature.

Phyrexian Dreadnought was begging to be broken the day it was printed, and this is happily a new rendition of such occuring.

For being broken: no.
For this specific combo: Phyrexian Marauder is better, as it cost X and thusly can come in as a 0/0 and go straight to the graveyard, making this combo: "0:Your opponents sacrifice a creature. You may only play this as a sorcery."

Add in Grave Betrayal and you get their creature, a little bit bigger to boot.
