You may need to add in Pithing Needle to buy some time to get Avacyn out, if you arent playing reanimator here.

Also, Tombstone Stairwell. Since it destroys its tokens instead of exiling them, Avacyn can make it so you keep yours turn after turn, while everyone else loses theirs every turn.
