With Pain Magnification out simply swing with Sangromancer to do 3 damage to your opponent triggering Pain Magnification. This will cause your opponent to discard a card, which in turn triggers Sangromancer's ability and gains you 3 life.

Net Gain:

3 damage dealt; forced 1 discard; and gained 3 life

Sadly, this does not combo with Sanguine Bond.
