sac fume spitter-flayer of hatebound returns it to the battlefield and deal 1 damage to opponent, put -1/-1 counter on fume spitter, neutralizes the +1/+1 given from the undying, repeat

1st, Mikaeus returns the Fume Spitter to the battlefield since it grants undying to the spitter

2nd The Fume Spitter cannot put a counter on itself. Activation of its sacing ability needs a valid target, there are only Mikaeus or the Flayer as legal targets.

3rd You need a second Fume Spitter to make it work. Then you may sacrifice one Spitter to put a counter on the other Spitter to negate the undying +1/+1 counter.
