a faster way to do it would be elvish piper
*edit* use the piper to get the angel in play, use a sol ring, mana vault and green mana ramp
add the green instant that turns all lands into creatures to make the opponent lose hope of winning

elvish piper .. is much slower ... and cost more ... flash is instant and only 2 mana
