what counter ion storm removes +1 counters persit gives -1 counters they don't interact.  you need power conduit in place of ion storm

traditionally, blonde is the femanized version of the word blond, however in modern usage blond with or  without the e is an accepted way of spelling it, much like Grey or gray, or color and colour,  Which brings up the question is gray a colour?  but i guess this is the wrong thread for that one.
