I love this card. Imprint the Energy Arc to the Scepter and make your opponent sacrifice all his creatures (without shroud or hexproof).
I believe that
Tajuru Preserver
will not prevent him from sacrificing since his creatures have the ability so he controls the sacrificing triggered effect.

would be fun!-)
