Twiddle is standing in for Hidden Strings. Get the stasis and invisible stalker down when your opponent is tapped, then hidden strings a couple of your lands to get going. The stalker hits, you get to hidden strings again to untap the stalker and a land, maintaining your stasis lock and dealing damage.

or simply use time elemental with statis (bounce stasis at the end step of your opponents last turn
