it was submitted before, just not presented that way, it is infinite damage and a possible draw, unless you have a sac engine to stop niv

or just shoot anything except an opponent to stop it. Niv isnt restricted to a single victim. Even shooting himself in the foot works.

This is not infinite draw, if you add elixir of Imortality!  Then your limited to how many times you can cast The elixir, but should be enough to kill your opponent or opponents.
