A more streamlined version of an earlier combo I submitted.

Get the Dual Nature out, and cast the Fiend Hunter. Stack the abilities with the hunter on the bottom so the token comes out first. When it does, exile the fiend hunter itself. The Dual Nature exiles the token because the original left the battlefield, thus returning the fiend hunter to the field to repeat the combo for free.
