have all in play and equip your land to the punisher to smash face
only question I have is can you equip the land as it has no CMC?

everything has a 'converted' mana cost. Not everything has a casting cost.
Lands, face down cards from transform or morph, generic tokens, and other like those have a converted mana cost of 0.
That said, that also means they will give the creature +0/+0 themselves, but cost 0 to equip too.
