1)Get all out and Soulbond Deadeye to Declaration.
2)Whenever anyone casts a spell you dislike, respond by blinking the Declaration.
3)As soon as the Declaration returns to play, name the offending spell, then use Declaration to counter said spell.
You can Aphetto Alchemist+Illusionist's Bracers+Seat of the Synod for infinite mana (or any other preferred method) to counter every counterable spell you don't want to see live through the stack.

Add Intruder Alarm and some myrs if you're taking an enchantment route. Makes it more interesting to play against.
