simply have all of those in play... no particular order,
no one can damage you
cant get poison counters
nothing you have can be targeted
you cant be targeted by opponents
you can not lose by any other means either
... unless they use mass exile :D
now for the hard part... to get them all in play at the same time (easiest way... use something to discard the creatures, then cast the enchantments and orb, then something like
Twilight\'s Call
)

Actually, this would also be very vulnerable to Killing Wave. Since you can't pay life because of the Emperion, you couldnt pay anything to keep from sacrificing your creatures.

Whats that green Elf, Tarju Preserver (not sure the exact name or spelling).. I have a couple in my elf deck, they prevent you from sac'n creatures.
