1)Play all mentioned cards.
2)Trade the Vault to your opponent.
3)Same turn, Use the Magus to untap and (re)gain control of the Vault.
4)Tap Time vault, taking an extra turn.
5)Next turn, repeat 2-4.

I was going to originally post Magus+Liquimetal Coating, but Empherence posted Magus+Coating+Claws of Gix which is more amazing than what I had planned, so I had to switch it up.

...Or just use Time Vault and Unwinding clock.. As soon as they both hit the table its game over unless an opponent can answer to it in that same turn or theirs!

Nice find, cheap to play and effective. I like the Magus.
