The Swamp is RtR's Grave Betrayal.

Have GB out, throw out Metamorph (pay the two life if running monoblack) and copy your opponent. The legend rule applies, putting both in the graveyard.
700.6. The term dies means “is put into a graveyard from the battlefield.”
That being said, you get their legend, and they get nothing.

Mikaeus, the Unhallowed would do great with this combo, as you can switch the copied creature the second time when undying triggers for the Metamorph.

Sadly, this little trick does not seem to work in commander (as Metamorph is not blue, not black AND the commander would be returned to the command zone).

Hero's Demise would work, and yes it would work for edh, just not for a general
