take the pentavus make sure you have undying evil and parallel lives cast then pay 5 to remove 5 counters you will get 10 tokens he comes back with one extra +1 counter and on your next turn pay 6 and so on

Please search for Undying Evil on this site, you will find 6 combos which all don't work for the same reason: Undying Evil's ability is only applied once to an existing object, once this object leaves, the ability is removed from this object.
By the way the Myr are redundant.

you would have more than one undying evil you would only have to do it a few times then after that just leave 1 +1 counter on petavus to leave him alive i thought that would have been obvious from the beginning but if not i apologize make sure you have any where from 1-4 undying evils in your deck

Mikaeus, the UnhallowedHe is expensive, but he gets the job done.

To make sure he never dies, go cauldron of souls. Since he enters with 5 +1/+1 counters at first, giving him persist, say maybe with a parallel lives out or a doubling season, you'd get more than just an undying pentavus. You'd get infinite creatures with some kind of mana engine, say ashnod's altar. That's assuming you'd want that kind of thing.
