Get s.t. and f.f.t.r on goblin gardener then tap and make a copy sacrifice it for 1 blue man use it to untap original and make another copy. End result is infinite land destruction until another hits play.

Tokens don't hit the graveyard, do they?

I have heard that they actually do still hit the graveyard. But in result to hitting the graveyard they are removed from game.

That is correct. Tokens go to the graveyard where the trigger any zone change abilities, however, they are then removed from game as a State Based Action
