Simple mill defense if opponent mills your deck with serra avatar in it it goes to deck as only card. You then draw it now discard it to pump wild mongrel. It goes back to grave then to being only card in library again. Lol so funny to pull this when you know the kill method is mill.

Good block, but beware of Scalpelexis, the hands-down most annoying Mill creature I have ever encountered.

Not to mention leyline of the void and instant speed targeted graveyard removal. Since the avatar doesnt replace going to the grave, it is still vulnerable at that moment. That and if your opponent can make you draw once while its not in your library...
