This combo features Progenitor Mimic and some interesting and complicated rules interactions.  I found it on the MTGSalvation.com Rules Forum and don't claim ownership of it.
You need to begin with a general toughness bonus applied to your cards, Angel of Jubilation was just the first one I found in standard that I though may be in the database above.  Cast a Progenitor Mimic and DO NOT copy anything when it enters so it will come in as a 0/1 shapeshifter that won't even make copies of itself (it gains that ability if it copies something).
Cast a second Progenitor Mimic and have this one copy the first Mimic and here's where things get interesting.  If a permanent would enter as a copy of another permanent you still apply any effects on that card that would modify how the permanent enters the battlefield.  In this case you can have the copied mimic copy the first mimic again... and again... and again... and again... and again... and- well you get the idea.  The final copy can copy any other creature you control, in this case, Angel of Jubilation or Acidic Slime might be prime candidates.  Each time the Mimic would copy it stacks the ability to copy itself at the beginning of your upkeep.  If you have the Mimic copy 100 times you will get 100 triggers to put a copy of that permanent on the battlefield at the beginning of your upkeep.  If you have it copy 5838983284 times you will make 5838983284 tokens at the beginning of your next upkeep.
It seems counter-intuitive but has been verified to work by several L2 and L3 judges at this time.  I would not be surprised if this were to change, though, because this interaction is something contrary to how they wanted the card to work.  Some combos break cards in the way they were supposed to work but were outside of the creators testing so it's a cool interaction.  A good example of what I mean by them changing it is the change to the previous combos of Experiment Kraj+Enchanted Evening+Opalescence+Planeswalkers or Experiment Kraj+Mycosynth Lattice+March of the Machines+Planeswalkers.  These combos used to give Experiment Kraj the ability to activate any number of planeswalker's abilities at any time and an instant could be cast and any number of times.  This was not a playable combo because the cards were so expensive to cast and exploited a problem in the rules that made Planeswalkers 'less special'.  Planeswalker abilities were changed to be a type of activated ability with the restriction built in to them.
Progenitor Mimic was meant to work in a particular way and this is a problem with the wording on the card/in the rules so until this is fixed, this combo works!!!!

Either way, nice combo.

Mirror-Sigil Sergeant comes to mind too. Beefy critter that creates clones of itself if you have a blue permanent. Arbitrarily large token factory for self-replicating rhinos... so much for them being endangered.

Couldn't this also be done with a minion reflector in this case?

you could but it wouldn't be around at upkeep to take advantage of the triggers
