Boomerang imprinted to Isochron Scepter.

Boomerang the Stasis at the of your opponent\'s turn, recasting it on your second main phase.

This is all old news, the cool bit is how Dream Fighter works with all of this:
Attack with it each turn. Phasing in occurs at the very beginning of the untap phase. This means that if you opponent blocks, they negate the damage for that turn, but unlike you, they won\'t get their creature to phase back in, since you\'ll have Stasis preventing them from having an untap phase!

Yes you could just use Blighted Agent for one less mana and a faster kill, but it is super secure creature removal: as long as they are devoid of an untap phase, they ARE NOT getting that phased out creature back.

So two things that I've found out:
1. Apparently Time and Tide is a spell that would let all phased out creatures phase in
2. I have a way to ensure that they can never do that, by phasing out their lands and artifacts and creatures, each group one at a time.
