Gotta load your graveyard with red and red/blue spells for this, but get Chandra up to her final ability, plus at least one counter, and use it.

Since she doesnt exile spells you cast from her ability, they return to the graveyard once finished. If you cast 7+ spells, from her ability or otherwise, she will be primed for her final again next turn.

Cards like Manamorphose and Electrolyze will be your biggest helpers.
