This is a lot of cards, but multiple combos in it. First off, amulet works great for borderpost, as well as the forays + seed + hierophant combination. Second, the qasali + renewal + altar combos for infinite mana of any choice. I was playing around with stuff when I figured these out, and all three seemed nice, aside from the mana cost on some of the cards, though they can be bypassed easily.

The best combo in here is Seed+Forays+Heirophant. Once all of these are out, all that is needed is one more land to be played, and then the engine can go off, fetching all of your land (thus thinning your deck to heighten the chance of getting the spells you need).
