I really with the cardbase here would catch up. Anyway... Master Biomancer and Progenitor Mimic for fun simic-friendly times.
Get the Master Biomancer out, then copy it with Progenitor Mimic. The PM will be a 4/6, and all the copies of itself it makes will just get progressively bigger as the counters and biomancers pile up. First copy of itself will enter as 8/10, then the next copy as 16/18, and the third as 30/32.

I suggest, if running a deck, adding:
Each time you place the counter on the smallest Biomancer, upping the ETB bonus. That or you can just flicker the smallest Biomancer EOT with Conjurer's Closet, speeding up the sick amount of counters so that the next copy is ahead of schedule in P/T by about a turn -2 P/T, but this jump would occur each turn, so the following turn you'd be ahead of schedule by two turns, -4 P/T. If you want, I'll do a table, but it would be well worth it.
