Use Karn to exile the Barren Glory from your hand, and continue to exile your non-permanent cards in hand until you can fire Karn's final ability.

As the new game starts, one of the steps is to choose whether to mulligan or not. Standard rules are that you can mulligan any hand you start with, reducing your hand size by one each time.

Mulligan down to an empty hand, and when your turn starts, it will hit your upkeep, with only Barren Glory on your field, and no cards in your hand, winning the game.
