With all 3 out and one mana left open, tap the mana to take a pentavite off, making two. Sac one with altar and return the other to pentavus, giving it two 1/1 counters. Repeat this any number of times. Then, take one token off, sac it, and continue to take tokens off for infinite creatures and mana. Then play caller of the claw for fun. For infinite life, have trostani out.

Would the pentavite creature automatically be considered a token? smarter players than I can answer that.

yes it is a token so caller of the claw will not do anything
