now even a 1/1 can evolve all your creatures that have a +1/+1 counter including un -leash/dying

It would work better with gyre sage. If it could go infinite. you'd gain infinite mana in the process.

gyre i can see since it drops t2 and renegades t3 drop evolves it starting the cycle.

but i dont see the benefit of axebane. are you thinking of another defender

Could be clinging anemones they have evolve but that's not a huge benefit.
