The idea is to cast Lapse of Certainty from the top of your library and to target itself with the copy you create. The copy resolves first countering the original Lapse. That results in that the Laps is on top of your lib again and that the Gelectrode, Dwarven Patrol and Trapper untapped. The Medallion and the Familiar are for cost reduction, the Mantle provides w for casting the Lapse again and again and again. At the end you have 'infinite' storm Count and damage by the Gelectrode.
