You don't need the ruin sage, I didn't use it but it would help. Give the blade to Butcher of Malakir. Start sacing bats form the skeletal vampire.

Yes he would but you don't need him if you use the Skeletal Vampire's power  to sac a bat. It works just the same and you get more bats to work with.

Wouldn't work.
Tokens technically don't go to the graveyard. The only way this could work is if you safrafice a vampire bat or someother kind of actual bat card.

Technically, they do. However, as soon as they are, they are Removed from Game.

Well, if you want to be very technical about it, the tokens DO go to the graveyard, but cease to exist once they they get there. Any triggered abilities that check for when a creature hit the graveyard will trigger for something like your Bat token dying.
