With the Curio out, play the Ball Lightning and swing for 6.
Then after combat, play the Kobolds and use the Curio to return Ball to your hand.
Next turn, play Ball and bounce Kobolds, repeat.

Better use a creature with flash, in case they block your ball.. lightning ;) so that you can play it during combat as well, or else your ball would die and you wouldn't be able to return it. I think.
