Tell me if this works or not: Drop the Line and Priest and then wait for the opponent to have anything Elesh would crush with her -2/-2 static ability. As soon as this occurs, drop Elesh in and have the weenie die.
The real magic (hopefully) happens at the end of turn, with Lifeline. Does it in fact bring the weenie back endlessly, triggering the Priest to make the opponent lose all of their life?
The reason I ask is that Lifeline says that it brings one creature back at a time, so if the creature dies again, does it remember that or not?

Whenever a creature dies, if another creature is on the battlefield, return the first card to the battlefield under its owner's control
at the beginning of the next end step.
I think the errata text of Lifeline is self explaining. The weenie returns once, then dies again due to the Norn; it comes back at the next end step of the following turn since
at the beginning of the next end step
is already done.

I'm actually glad this combo failed in that case, because otherwise the sac creatures with lifeline would probably still be prevailent.
