I recently made a deck list that consisted of a mono blue deck entirely from Urza\'s Saga cards that focused on Barrin with Lifeline and Stern Proctor (since the veiled enchantments are so cheap) to just sacrifice and bounce everything, then get it back at the end of turn. Works great with great whale because then you can basically just bounce their whole board and have them discard the lot of it, and that is without reducing their maximum handsize (think Odessey or Kamigawa block).
