losing cards (actual combo)

If this card is in your opening hand, you may begin the game with it on the battlefield. All nonland permanents are legendary.

Artifacts, creatures, and lands your opponents control enter tapped.

Legendary creatures don't untap during their controllers' untap steps. When this artifact enters, tap all legendary creatures.

Return target permanent to its owner's hand.

Whenever a permanent becomes untapped, that permanent's controller mills a card.
