Rush the War-Riders and Suture Priest out, followed by the portcullis. As long as the riders stay out, they will drop an increasingly large army of tokens onto your opponent's field.

This in turn triggers the portcullis to exile all the tokens, and the suture priest to knock your opponent's life down by that same number.
