With living plane in play get staff attached to assassin. Now any time opponent wants to play a spell just tap,tap,tap...give it a little tappy....and destroy,destroy,destroy.

Now the answer is this destroys rather than dealing damage so anything is getting toasted as it taps creatures and lands not a lot of cards do that. Kinda shocked u had to ask.
