Play out all your lands or the way I use this is bounce duels in and out with a hedron crab in play once your down on life simply tap tree of redemption go back to 13. Play a land it untaps rinse and repeat. Infinite landfall.

Use hedron crab and grazing gladehart as well umm crucible of worlds zuran orb and all these cards are an amazing deck when u add right things to it.

Since you talk about life loss in your post Iassume you mean fastbond rather than manabond .
But the main reason for my response is your comments about the tree. The tree does not take you to 13 life each time, it switchs life/toughness. So if your at 2 life and activate the tree you go to 13 life and the tree becomes a 0/2 able to take you to 2 life next time is activated. So its not infinite without the gladeheart
