With at least 6 land on the field, this works incredibly well. With both of these lands out and living plane, equip sword of the paruns to cabal coffers. Then use the mana produced by the coffers to untap the land with 3 of 6 or greater mana, use 2 that this land produced to tap it again, leaving one in your mana pool before this step, and you now have infinite black mana. To speed this up, add exploration and watch your opponent stare in awe lol
