Although I guess all you really need is the metamorph and the armor to turn a planeswalker into an artifact and then copy it.

what i'm saying in this is... that you can turn a planeswalker into a creature
first make the planeswalker into an artifact, then turn that artifact into a creature ... then copy it...

The planeswalker would still be a planeswalker, and would be destroyed as a planeswalker with same name enters the battlefield, in this case the token.
