yes, you would die too... but your opponents would die first, the poison counters would affect you as a secondary kill after all opponents were dead
(wording says 'if you would lose the game'

at least this is how i think it would work
Lich's Mirror isnt in the database and is required for this

add in Leeches so you can prevent yourself from losing.

Seriously? If you could win the game with this combo and not have a tie then I think the rules need to change.

I agree with the post above. The damage has no preferences if not specified exactly like that in the card, so it's a draw!

He's right. With the mirror you'd live long enough to say you won and nobody could disagree with it. Which it'd be a hell of a way to win too lol.

For complement this:

10/1/2008: As part of Lich's Mirror's effect, it typically shuffles itself into your library. If it does, that means that if you'd lose the game *again* immediately after its effect is finished, it can't help you a second time. This can occur in a few different ways. For example:
-- You have ten or more poison counters. Lich's Mirror doesn't remove poison counters. If you'd lose the game this way, you'll do what Lich's Mirror says, then you'll lose the game the next time state-based actions are checked.
-- Your life total is 0 or less and an effect says that you can't gain life. Since your life total can't be raised, it stays at whatever it is rather than becoming 20, and you'll lose the game the next time state-based actions are checked.

Even with Lich's Mirror you get a draw 'cause this interrupts the game in the time that you and the others playes will lose, so it resolves and make the second check and makes a draw. If i'm worng, say me!

The key part of what you said is that it makes a second check, however all your opponents died during the first check.  Basically during the first check everyone dies, but his replacement effect from lich keeps him alive, until the next time SBE's are checked, but for everyone else rule 104.5 occurs.
104.5. If a player loses the game, he or she
leaves the game. If the game is a draw for a player, he or she leaves the game
 
Since everyone leaves, at that point rule 104.2 kicks in


104.2a A player still in the game wins the game if all of that
player’s opponents have left the game. This happens immediately and overrides
all effects that would prevent that player from winning the game.



All this happens the first time State based effects are checked.  The gameends at that point never checking SBE's a second time

if the mirror doesnt work, which i believe it does... as... the lich's mirror says "if you would lose the game" delays your death for a very short moment

as i was saying... if the mirror doesnt work... Melira, Sylvok Outcast does, as does leeches or Angel's Grace

@Draco-guess I wasnt clear in my post, but your combo works fine. The game ends with you as winner before you would die to the poison counters
