With Telekinetic Bonds, Cephalid Broker, and Lotus Vale in play:

1. Tap Cephalid Broker to make an opponent draw 2 cards, then discard two cards.
2. With two Telekinetic Bonds' ability triggered and on the stack, tap Lotus Vale to produce 3 blue mana, then use two of that mana to untap Lotus Vale.
3. Tap Lotus Vale to float 3 more blue mana, so you should have 4 blue mana total now.
4. Pay two mana, and use the other Telekinetic Bonds ability that's already on the stack to untap Cephalid Broker.
5. Repeat the process until your opponent has completely milled himself.

If only Telekinetic Bonds was so expensive! I would love doing this. Good theme too.

This is a very nice take on milling, and each of these cards are new to me, but that's awesome :)
