Attach Umbral mantle to a creature, then use Glare of Subdual to tap it, and tap all enemy stuff. After that you just attack through an open field.
There are other stuff (mostly creatures) that have untapping on themselves way cheaper, but this seemed the best as it only requires neutral mana and the Glare already requires 2 of a different kind.
