have all the permanents listed there in play, (choose human with ashes of the fallen) then when the angel leaves play sac angelic renewal to return the angel to play... bringing all humans (all creatures as a result of the artifact) back into play from your grave
doesn't matter who cast a wrath of god effect (as long as not exile)
add traumatize (targeting you) if you want to add blue (or splash some blue in)

This is true, however i assume that was to clear the opponents land due to thefact that lands are no longer needed after this
