Simple here put out power artifact and monolith then tap monolith. Use mana made to untap leaving one mana repeat infinitely.

you can have infinite colorless mana, only in your unkeep; you can pay 4 only at the beginning of your unkeep, when you pass to your 1st main phase, the mana pool empties
