Use any card to make island a creature I just picked living plane. Now attach freed from the real as well as abundant growth. Tap island for 1 blue mana then get a second of your color choice. Use the 1 blue to untap island. Rinse and repeat

Does not work. The Island now has two abilities, 1st lets you tap for blue and 2nd lets you tap for any one colour.
Replace Abundant Growth by Fertile Ground and it works.
Replace Island and Living Plane by Dryad Arbor, this reduces that combo to 3 cards.
